Noah Hodgetts

Noah joined the NH Office of Strategic Initiatives (OSI) in March 2018 as an Assistant Planner to help support the Municipal and Regional Assistance and State Data Center programs. In this position he supports training activities for local land use boards, helps administer various municipal surveys, publishes a weekly planning newsletter, and maintains the OSI Planning Division website. Noah brings a wealth of GIS, data analysis, and research skills to his position. Noah’s professional interests include affordable housing, smart growth, sustainable transportation, and land use planning.

Prior to joining OSI, Noah worked at LDS Consulting Group in Newton, Massachusetts as a market analyst for four years. Noah received a Masters of Science in Urban and Regional Policy from Northeastern University in May 2014. Noah also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Ecology with a concentration in Land Use and Environmental Law, Policy, and Planning from College of the Atlantic in Bar Harbor, ME, which he received in June 2010.

Noah and his wife recently purchased a home in Concord and are excited to get to know the area better. Noah enjoys biking, hiking, and photography and is also an avid Boston sports fan.
