The Nashua Regional Planning Commission (NRPC) seeks a Regional/environmental planner to join its tightly-knit, award-winning team. The ideal candidate will possess a background in both land use and environmental planning. The planner will provide support for the Household Hazardous Waste Collection program and work on a variety of land use, natural resources conservation, energy and hazard mitigation planning initiatives. Qualifications: A bachelor’s or master’s degree in urban planning, Geography, Natural Resource Management’ Environmental Planning, Natural Sciences or a related discipline. Applicants should be adept at working in a variety of software platforms, including Microsoft Office Suite. Must have a valid driver’s license at the time of appointment and be able to attend evening meetings. Salary range $40,000 to $45,000 commensurate with experience and qualifications.
