2016 Northern New England Planning Conference – Portsmouth, NH

2016 Northern New England Planning Conference – “Planning and the Arts…Community Drama!

NNECAPA 2016 registration is open through August 31! The conference will be on September 8-9, 2016 in beautiful, historic Portsmouth, NH.  It will be packed with great sessions on how planning and the arts relate, the drama of planning (“These are the days of our lives…”), and a host of other topics.

We’re excited to announce that our keynote speaker will be Randy Cohen, Vice President of Research and Policy at Americans for the Arts, the nation’s advocacy organization for the arts. Randy stands out as a noted expert in the field of arts funding, research, policy, and using the arts to address community development issues. See more information on him on the conference webpage at www.nhplanners.org, including the complete final program for the conference.

And here’s the information on the conference hotels, both located within a very short walk of the conference center.  Of course, there are many wonderful places to stay in and around Portsmouth, so have fun exploring!

Rooms are still available at the conference hotels:
